Double check your order before you complete your checkout and make sure everything is correct. If you see a mistake after you checkout, please notify us as quickly as possible. We will try our best to accommodate you.

Since size and measurement information is readily available on the site, we may choose to not accept a return, or exchange at our discretion.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order and describe the problem. Include your order number in the correspondence.
Please be aware that a custom order is not refundable.
Deposits are not refundable.
